If there is an issue, email our team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product or packaging.

Our quality assurance team will review your claim within 48 hours to determine if a replacement or a refund to your original payment method is appropriate.
Resolution Delivery
Once approved, we will ship out your replacement snacks at no extra cost or process your refund, which typically appears on your statement within 5-10 business days.
